Narelle Goes Solo!
Congratulations to Narelle McBride who went solo at Lone Eagle Flying School this September, this is a big milestone achievement for any pilot.
Narelle commenced training with LEFS in June 2023. Throughout her training she
initially flew with Dave and Trevor. Craig then undertook a block of training with Narelle over
the past 12 months.
Narelle's experience includes some specialist training. Narelle was awarded
a LEFS scholarship in 2025 to further her training.
On the 7th September Narelle went solo in the Jabiru 160-C to the great excitement of Trevor, Craig, and a handful of onlookers (including husband Rex, of course).
Narelle is now keen to fly again!
