Chace Eldridge presented a very informative session at Lone Eagle Flying School on Time to Decide – Aviation Decision Making.
The session was well attended with the youngest being 7 month old Hadrian Monk.
The presentation was followed by a BBQ and chat.

Some takeaway points were:
Experience can be a good thing, but it can also make you complacent.
The Swiss Cheese Model for Defence. The more layers in place, the more defences that can be in place.
Passengers – encourage them to be actively involved in looking out for other craft.
The more preparation we do on the ground, the more likely we are to make good decisions in the air.
